Tree House

Have you got a nice big tree in your garden? Is it just standing there being all tree-like and not really doing anything useful? Why not turn it into a tree house that is brilliant for adults and kids alike?

If you have the carpentry skills then this really could be one of the coolest things to ever be found in a back garden in Britain! Judging by this tree house though, you may have a fair bit of competition on your hands.

Feel as though your house just isn’t big enough? It may be worth getting a full garage conversion and creating a new room to your house. Let’s be honest, it’s probably only full of junk now anyway.

With a little bit of TLC and a professional safety assessment these can be turned into an extremely useful space. It could be a games room, a den or even a whole other house!

This is probably one of the coolest conversions you’ll find and it will definitely come in handy if there’s an apocalypse.

Barn Conversion

This is a little bit more likely, but barns can provide you with a huge amount of space that is prime for conversion. There are unlimited possibilities for this type of conversion, from turning it into a big country house to creating office space, or even a huge four car garage. Whatever you need from your property, a barn will give you the space you need to make it so.
