However, if you have a genuine reason for wanting to return your item, please email helpdesk@speedyplasticsandresins.co.uk in the first instance, or call 0844 8586670 explaining the reasons why the item is to be returned. Your item must be returned unused with any box seals unbroken and in the original packaging in the condition as supplied, not in any way soiled or damaged within 30 days of receipt. You must pay for the cost of the return, it should be sent by recorded delivery or special delivery fully insured and you should keep your receipt as proof of postage. We will not accept returns in the following cases:
The item has been used (unless there is a provable quality issue)
The item has been proven to be deliberately damaged
The item is unwanted – we will only refund this if the item meets the criteria set out above i.e. has not been used with any box seals unbroken and in the original packaging in the condition as supplied, not in any way soiled or damaged within 30 days of receipt and has not been personalised. A handling/re-stocking charge may be applicable, and delivery charges in this situation are non-refundable.
The images on the Speedy Plastics & Resins website are computer generated. Because of this the colour, and surface texture of certain products may not be exactly the same as the actual product. To ascertain the exact colour, and surface texture of a product, please ask for a sample before ordering. We will be happy to send you a sample of any of our products, free of charge. Speedy Plastics & Resins can not be held responsible for any differences in colour, and surface texture, between product images, and the actual product.
If we are informed of damages, or shortages, on a delivery, after 3 days of receipt of the materials, we will be unable to accept any returns, or process any refunds. All refunds will be issued by speedyplasticsandresins.co.uk. In the event of an item being returned due to quality issues, we will take this up with our supplier and advise you of the outcome.
